LITTER NOTIFICATION
The next litter is planned for late 2025.

Registering to get notified via RightPaw when a litter becomes available will be advantageous to you, as you will be notified of a litter prior to advertising. To submit your interest, please visit the RightPaw application link below or alternatively, via my "contact us" page if you have a question.
My Process:
Families on my waitlist are first to be offered a puppy. I will let you know when the puppies are born, if you decide this is the litter you want your puppy from, you will receive a copy of the contract to review and ask any questions should be raised prior to signing it, if you have questions this does not in any way hinder the process, so please ask. The terms of the contract are quite clear and there will be no miscommunications or misunderstandings, they are quite simple.
Once your contract is signed and returned to me, at this time to secure a puppy, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 puppies are $3,500, the remaining balance $3,250 can be paid on collection of your puppy. Or, if for breeding the puppies are $4,500 with a non-refundable $500 deposit, the balance can be paid on collection of your puppy, an invoice/receipt will be provided.
Arrangements will be made with each family for you to visit the puppies, in the order of the waitlist, during your visit you can also meet the parents and at this time you can also view the parents DNA reports. You will be able to select and reserve your puppy during your visit, (depending of course how many puppies are available at the time your name comes up on the waitlist). Or, if interstate a FaceTime call can be arranged. Please note, I try my best not to disappoint but sometimes it cannot be avoided, if there are more people on the waitlist than there are puppies, it will go in order of wait time, (oldest to newest) then colour preference and gender preference, so there is a possibility you will remain on the list for the next litter.
Puppies will come microchipped, vaccinated, regularly wormed, and a full health check, a copy of the health report will be provided. On collecting your puppy, you will be provided with an information pack, including a feeding program, suggestions of treatments and other useful information.

BILL OF SALE
The terms and conditions of the sale are set out in the contract, previously signed. However, at the time of collecting your puppy, you may be provided with a final Bill of Sale, this will be in addition to your contract and will include any additional information specifically regarding your puppy only. It will highlight any seller obligations or agreements outside of the initial contract. The conditions will be concise and there will be no misunderstandings. This is generally only necessary if the vet highlights anything during the puppies health assessment.
RIGHTPAW
Whilst Rightpaw is very reputable and do some amazing work in their advertising space. You have the choice to use RightPaw, to make your payments. However, they do charge you a $79 fee to use this facility, I have heard from a previous family who used this facility, you get a few little perks, like tips on training and reminders for vaccinations. Please be advised this is a service offered by them, this service has nothing to do with K9 Cavaliers, I just put the option out there for you, however, I cannot assist you if you have issues with them or their processes, they claim your payment will be traceable, secure and protected from scams, but I am not a scammer, all my information can be verified with ASIC. Please do not feel obligated by me to use this method, but feel free to use it if you are comfortable. I am happy to answer questions prior to you selecting this method. Info about the payment system and what they offer can be found HERE
